Thank you for your ongoing assistance with our company.  I can’t say that enough, but let me try.  It is a wonder to find support like you have given us.  Our technology hums and if and when we have an issue, help is a phone call away.  We call, the response time over the past 18 months is ALWAYS within 5 minutes.  ALWAYS.  Not mostly, not maybe.  ALWAYS.

We have a small company and a limited budget with bits and pieces of technology of various ages and various operating systems.  We have had tried outside support before, it has been expensive and frankly not effective.  We needed someone who could work with what we have and make it do things that new technology permits, on our budget.  Good luck was what we heard.
